Transportation arrangements – things to consider during the summer season

Road Freight: In several European countries, public holidays and vacation periods in the summer can cause delays and restrictions during heavy traffic times.

Ferry Traffic (Between Finland and Sweden & Estonia): The increase in passenger traffic around the summer season affects the ships' cargo capacity - Please take this into account when planning transports.

Sea Freight: Midsummer affects closing times – please contact us early to ensure your shipments depart before the public holiday.

Air Freight: Midsummer has limited impact, but urgent shipments should still be booked in advance to avoid delays.

Scanlink and CHS will serve their customers as usual throughout the summer.

We wish everyone a sunny and relaxing start to the summer!
