Easter holidays causes some exceptions to usual transport schedules and office hours in Finland. We recommend placing transport orders well in advance before the public holidays.
CHS’s and Scanlink’s offices and warehouses will be closed during the Easter weekend on Friday 29 March and Monday 1 April. We will serve normally again on Tuesday 2 April.
Strikes are still on in Finnish ports.
The main part of container transports is still at a standstill, and neither containers nor LCL will not be handled in Finnish ports until the strike ends.
Easter will also affect shipments so that the last pick-up date for export shipments is Wednesday 27.3.2024. However, cargo will move from Finland from 7 April at the earliest.
After the long strike and the Easter holidays, delivery times are longer than normal. We do our best to get our customers' shipments delivered as quickly as possible.
