The Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions SAK and its member unions have announced that they will carry out several industrial strikes on Thursday 14 December 2023. The strikes have significant effects on Finland's foreign trade and cargo transportation.

Heavy traffic tolls will increase in Hungary on October 1, 2023, in Germany on December 1, 2023 and in Austria on January 1, 2024. In the future, e.g., in Germany, a CO₂ surcharge will be billed along with the toll for trucks. In addition, the toll limit drops from 7.5 tons to >3.5 tons.

Speed Oy has granted CHS Air & Sea Oy an emission saving certificate for a significant environmental achievement. The certificate is a concrete proof that by using Speed-Ecotruck transports, CHS has reduced road traffic carbon dioxide emissions by 75 tons during 2022.
Last week we celebrated Sirkka Nieminen's long career and celebrated her retirement together. Sirkka worked in logistics for about 30 years.
